    1. Oyster / Shrimp Feed (Wayne and Stacey) – another successful oyster/shrimp feed and thank you to all who helped make this event a success. The following are suggestions discussed at meeting that will be decided before next year’s event:
      1. Change oyster/shrimp feed time to 12:00 – 2:00 PM. Some comments were most people have arrived and are finished eating by 2:00 PM. Another comment was to consider when Optimist volunteers will eat.
      2. Wash oysters to be steamed Friday night and steam even more ahead on Sat prior to opening. Also, look into steamer baskets that had been used at old fire hall.
    2. Golf (Bruce) Every member is being asked to help get sponsors and foursomes.
      1.  Contact every family member and friend in the area that you know that plays golf and invite them.
